У дачи очень удобное местоположение, в центре поселка Хазар, рядом супермаркеты, магазины, кафе, кофейни, аптеки, а самое главное- в трёх минутах от берега моря.
В доме имеется все для комфортного проживания: кондиционер, микроволновка, стиральная машина, холодильник, плита, водонагреватель, вайфай. Также есть все принадлежности: постельное бельё, полотенца, средства гигиены.
Во дворе находится уютная веранда с мангалом и самоваром.
