Advantages:

Дом достаточно уютный, придомовая Территория закрыта, в доме есть все необходимое для проживания. Есть проблема с электроэнергией в посёлке. Из-за этого дом шумный. Море рядом, но пляж грязный, вход в море очень неудобный. Лучше выбирать пляж около луни или на набережной Дербента (на машине 20-30 минут). В 10 минутах ходьбы супермаркет и кафе вилка. Также по пути есть где готовят шашлык - лучше не брать. Готовят отвратительно.
