Advantages:

Рядом с морем, из окна море слышно. Внутри всё красиво, чисто, всего хватает на две семьи. Хорошая придомовая территория, оборудована летняя кухня, мангальная зона.

Disadvantages:

В жару не хватает кондиционера в маленьких спальнях. Внизу кондиционер в гостиной, в спальне на первом этаже нет.
