Advantages:

Очень хороший коттедж с придомовой территорией. Никаких соседей, можно уютно разместиться компанией. Плюс к этому - две изолированные спальные комнаты, никто никому не мешает. На кухне есть всё необходимое для готовки. В доме во всех помещениях тёплые полы, так что, даже, приехав в прекрасный Дербент зимой - не замёрзнете = ) Огромное спасибо Мураду, хозяину, за встречу и поддержку по всем нашим вопросам!
