Новый дом на берегу моря! Тихое, спокойное место для отдыха. Стоянка для 2–3 машин. Во дворе большой навес, стол со стульями, летняя душевая (горячая, холодная вода), туалет. На первом этаже большой зал с двумя раскладными диванами, спальня с 2-мя односпальными кроватями. Кухня со всей необходимой мебелью, принадлежностями и электроприборами. На втором этаже 3 спальни, две из которых с двуспальными кроватями, и одна спальня с двумя односпальными кроватями. В доме 2 сан узла и ещё один имеется во дворе. Дом находится в черте города, до центра на машине минут 15. Рядом есть небольшие продуктовые магазины. Берег моря песчаный, заход в море пологий, неглубокий. Бронирование от 3-х суток.
