Advantages:

Близко к морю, есть всё для комфортного проживания, чистота и уют, хозяйка всегда оперативно реагирует на любые возникающие вопросы.

Disadvantages:

В объявлении указан частный дом, на деле - это второй этаж двухэтажного дома, есть соседи, открытая веранда, указанная в фото, находится на первом этаже и является, видимо, общей. Мы ей не пользовались, там практически всегда находились соседи.
