Advantages:

Всё понравилось. Добрая, отзывчивая хозяйка дома бабушка Маг фуршет (можно назвать её Майя). На участке два дома. В одном доме проживает Майя с мужем и сыном, а в другом доме две комнаты (большая и маленькая) сдаются, третья комната закрыта. В маленькой комнате две односпальные кровати, комод, шкаф. В большой комнате диван, два кресла, вместо кровати - двуспальный надувной матрас. Чисто, аккуратно, есть всё необходимое, включая посуду, постельное белье, стиральную машинку, кондиционер. Хорошая летняя кухня, удобно готовить. Рядом магазины, аптека. Пляж совсем близко, где есть множество кафе, шезлонги, сапборды и другие развлечения.
