Ещё на участке расположен 3х комнатный домик для второй семьи, в зале раскладной диван и в одной спальне двуспальная кровать и мини кровать для ребёнка, а во второй спальне две кроватки односпальные.
В 10 минутах от дачи находится ласковое побережье каспийского моря. В 2х км от дачи расположена набережная. В 25 минутах от дачи известная на весь мир, занесённая в unesco, древняя крепость «Нарын-Кала». Множество рынков самыми свежими и полезными фруктами и овощами, дарами нашей земли. Так же есть бары и клубы, кальянные и рестораны. Ждём вас!
