Advantages:

Новая, чистая квартира с хорошим ремонтом, рядом много продуктовых магазинов.

Disadvantages:

На кухне мало посуды, не хватает мелочей типа прихваток. В комнаты добавила бы по стулу и тумбочке или журнальный столик, а то мелкие вещи некуда положить.
