Дача - коттедж для комфортного проживания двух семей до 7 человек. Со второго этажа открывается вид на Каспий и Кавказские горы. Дом расположен в пределах Дербента самого старого и самого южного города России. До моря пешком 5-7 минут а на машине 1 минута. До центральной городской набережной рукой подать, до исторической части города и крепости Нарын - Кала 10-15 минут на общественном транспорте, который проезжает у верхних ворот дачи. Заезд во двор дачи с двух улиц что позволяет парковать и на улице и во дворе до 4 авто.

Advantages:

хороший чистый комфортный домик в 10 минутах езды до пляжа на машине. для большой семьи или компании самое то! все условия есть, парковка, веранда для вечерних посиделок и 4 комнаты. рекомендую)
