Advantages:

Чистая уютная квартира на 5 этаже. Есть кондиционер, что очень актуально в жару. Дополнительно предоставили еще и вентилятор. Стоит водонагреватель, поэтому всегда есть горячая вода. Очень мощный напор воды в ванной. Хозяйка доброжелательная, всегда на связи. Были 10 дней, все хорошо. Единственный минус - на кухне не хватило нам розеток)

Advantages:

Квартира расположена в центре города. Рядом много магазинов и кафе. Квартира после ремонта, в идеальном состоянии. Соседи очень хорошие. Есть стоянка во дворе. Своевременное решение всех проблем пока проживали.
