Advantages:

Чистая, уютная квартира. Все необходимое в квартире есть. Квартира находится в шаговой доступности от фонтанов, в 5-7 мин езды от жд вокзала, так же и крепости Нарын-Кала. Хозяин всегда на связи отзывчив и приветлив. В общем все отлично.
