Advantages:

Спальных мест много. Всем хватит и посуды, и постельного, и полотенец. До моря 6 минут пешком, до остановки общественного транспорта идти примерно так же, там же и магазин имеется. Автобусы ходят один за другим. Но находится дом в СНТ, где грунтовая дорога и кругом недостроенные дома. Туалет с душем и кухня находятся на улице. Холодильники есть и в уличной кухне, и в доме, правда, холодильник дома любит пищать по ночам. В общем, дом понравился, особенно беседка с огромным столом и удобными диванами. Хозяева отзывчивые. Рекомендую.
