Были проблемы с электричеством, в той половине квартиры, где кондиционеры, постоянно отключался свет. Спальных мест и принадлежностей хватило на всех.

Advantages:

Для жилого фонда Дербента это нормально, летний город. Большая квартира. Схема с водой понятна, все нюансы перекрывает вид из окна, он потрясающий.
