Находится в непосредственной близости от Кacпийcкoгo пoбережья, 1, 5 км по асфальтированной дороге.
Одной из достопримечательностей нашего берега является экраноплан «лунь» или «каспийский монстр».
Берег песчаный, чистый.
Территория нашего гостевого комплекса полностью огорожена, имеется лобная зона, мангальная зона, красивый тематический родник, детская игровая площадка, песочница, качели, уличный душ и туалет.
Территория находится под круглосуточным видеонаблюдением.
В ближайшем расположении имеются множество достопримечательностей, древний город Дербент находится в 12 км от нас.
Каждый дом оснащен всем необходимым для комфортного пребывания.
