Дом новый, с баней, оборудован всем необходимым для комфортного отдыха. Площадь дома 130 кв м, 2 этажа, панорамные окна с видом на море, горы и экраноплан лунь.

На первом этаже: комфортабельный диван во входной зоне, просторная кухня с гостинной, сауна, душ, и санузел с душевой кабиной.

На втором этаже: санузел с душевой кабиной, 3 спальни, в каждой спальне по 2 кровати (90х190 см), так же есть раскладной диван в холе.

Дом подключен к сети wi-fi, есть телевидение, чайник, кондиционер. Включены завтраки.

На территории отеля один из самых чистых песчаных пляжей на побережье.

Мы находимся в 18-ти км от г. Дербента. В шаговой доступности легендарный экраноплан лунь.
