Advantages:

Дом с хорошим ремонтом, чисто. Есть садик с беседкой.

Disadvantages:

Телевизоры (две штуки) включаются, но не показывают. Отдельное спасибо дизайнеру за стеклянные узорчато-прозрачные двери на втором этаже, особенно в туалете. На компанию из 7 человек одного комплекта ключей мало
