Advantages:

Квартира очень уютная, и чистая. Заселение бесконтактное. Расположена на 9 этаже. Лифт везёт до 9 этажа. Большая на крыше веранда, вечером каждый день ужинали и наблюдали фейерверки. На море ездили на пляж Золотая рыбка 7-10 минут на авто.
