Advantages:

Много комнат для большой семьи, месторасположение

Disadvantages:

Нас не предупреждали, что на время нашего проживания хозяева просто съезжают с квартиры, оставляя все свои вещи в шкафах, постельное выдали чистое, но при этом не сняли старое свое, матрас в спальне ужасный, скатывается, на него положен ещё какой-то тюфяк. Квартира на первом этаже, а рядом с входной дверью в подъезде установлен насос( я такого ещё нигде не видела), спать в тишине не получится. Не буду перечислять все недостатки, просто пожелание хозяевам: если хотите сдавать квартиру, то наведите порядок, а свои вещи хотя бы в одну комнату сложите.

Advantages:

Хорошее расположение. Магазины и кафе рядом. В квартире есть все для жизни. Гостеприимный и отзывчивый хозяин, было пару моментов, которые сразу же были устранены, за что отдельное спасибо. Остались довольны. Спасибо
