Сдаётся дача на берегу каспийского моря! Находится на первой линии элитного района косы. В пешей доступности (1км) до городского пляжа (набережная, кафе, рестораны и тд). Прогулочная зона "золотая рыбка", оборудованный пляж, рядом кафе ( вкусная еда, можно заказать с собой ). В ста метрах от дачи четыре больших бассейна под открытым небом (для наших гостей бесплатно! ).
