Сдаю уютную квартиру в центре города рядом с главным парком с музыкальным фонтаном. В 5 минутах ходьбы также расположены: один из главных рынков, несколько ресторанов и кафе, тц и множество различных магазинов.
До набережной и крепости ехать 5-10 минут, пешая прогулка займет 30 -40 мин. 15мин ходьбы до моря.

Спальных мест 6. В квартире имеется всё необходимое для комфортного проживания. Микроволновка, стиральная машинка, утюг, фен, пылесос, кондиционер, вся посуда, фен, утюг, гладильная доска, можем предоставить детский стул для кормления.

Заезд в 14: 00. Расчетный час до 12: 00 следующего дня! (заезд и расчетный час можно обговорить).

При заселении обязательно с собой иметь документ удостоверяющий личность (паспорт, водительское удостоверение).

Внимание! При порче имущества штраф, соответствующий нанесенному ущербу. Депозит- стоимость одних суток.
