Advantages:

Квартира расположена близко к набережной и пляжу. Рядом много разных кафе.

Disadvantages:

Воду необходимо набирать из колодца с помощью включения насоса на час. К сожалению, при проживании отключали свет два раза в день на два часа. Сколько воды в запасе не узнать. И если она заканчивалась и света нет, то сидишь и без света, и без воды.
