Advantages:

Хорошее местоположение. Все рядом: море, магазины, рынки, места для вечерних прогулок, удобно передвигаться по городу. В квартире все есть. Все соответствует фото. Гостеприимная хозяйка. При длительном проживании сама делает уборку. Автомат для очистки питьевой воды близко.

Disadvantages:

Центральное водоснабжение Летом преимущественно ночное. Для пользования водой придется ночью накачивать воду в бак для ее дальнейшего потребления.
