Advantages:

Всё как указано в объявлении. Обставлена квартира со вкусом. Возвращаться после прогулок по Дербенту и походов в горы было в радость. В ванной и на кухне напор воды отличный. Квартира в новостройке-соседей как мы поняли на 1 этаже нет. Рядом расположены отличные магазины с фермерскими продуктами. Хозяин квартиры гостеприимный, в назначенное время встретил, всё показал, рассказал.
