Advantages:

Хорошее месторасположение квартиры. Все рядом. Вид и на море, и на крепость! В квартире есть все необходимое. Хозяин на связи.

Disadvantages:

Очень громко и долго наполняется унитаз. В ванной комнате очень не хватает шторки.

Advantages:

Очень просторная квартира. Две отдельные спальни с большими кроватями. В шаговой доступности парк с фонтанами. Оборудована всем необходимым.

Disadvantages:

Гости при выселении самостоятельно должны вынести мусор. С чемоданами делать это не очень удобно. При этом сразу после выселения приходит уборщица. Спать комфортно только на кроватях, диван не очень удобен.
