Квартира расположена в новом спальном районе города Дербента. Проложена асфальтированная дорога с центральной улицы Гагарина и вплоть до подъезда дома, так же есть парковка перед домом. Для тех кто без личного транспорта, возле дома расположена остановка маршрутки N 7. До главной набережной города 20 минут пешей прогулки.
В квартире имеется двухместная широкая кровать с ортопедическим матрасом, а так же раскладной диван на 1 взрослого человека (либо на 2-ух маленьких детей), имеются все условия для комфортного проживания (кондиционер, wifi, смарт-тв, интернет - тв, утюг, фен и др.).
