Advantages:

Очень удобно расположена квартира, рядом остановка море, есть парковка, магазины, спокойный район. Вид на море из всех окон. С заселением не было проблем, хоть у нас был поздний заезд.

Disadvantages:

К сожалению кондиционер только в одной комнате, поэтому в спальне очень душно. Санузел далёк от идеала, грибок. С посудой тоже беда, сковородок много, но использовать можно было только одну, тарелки тоже надо бы обновить, со сколами
