Disadvantages:

Грязный пол в ванной комнате. Отсутствие туалетной бумаги, фена, геля для мытья, шампуня. Посуда и полотенца старые, требуют замену. Кондиционер только в одной комнате. Не открывающееся окно на проветривание, шумная улица

Окна все открываются во первых не нужно писать того, чего нет!! Кондиционер в каждую комнату мы не обязаны были вешать, один охлаждает всю квартиру и за эту смешную цену вы сняли двухкомнатную квартиру с ремонтом!! Меньше 4 т в городе нет квартир. Посуда белая, обычная , что значит старая , дом новый , квартира новая ремонт тоже светлый !!
