Advantages:

Все удобства на очень достойном уровне. Кухня с посудой, микроволновка и т.д.. Тихо, есть стоянка. Очень отзывчивый хозяин.

Disadvantages:

Недостаток только один- далековато от центра. Так что, если есть автомобиль, то недостатков нет.
