Уютный коттедж с сауной в 150м от берега моря. Рядом ресторан "Озеро", городская набережная с каруселями и развлечениями для детей, городской пляж, остановка общественного транспорта. Могу встретить в аэропорту или на ж/д вокзале, организую экскурсии по Дагестану, а самое главное могу приготовить шашлычок под коньячок.

Advantages:

Удобное расположение. Комплекс коттеджей. Приветливые управляющий и сотрудники. Не допекали своим присутствием после передачи помещения)

Disadvantages:

Поскольку сдается как коттедж, то неплохо бы иметь полноценную кухню, а не тот «гарнитур». Холодильник убитый(. Мангальная зона перед входом недоделана. Сауна внутри дома на электричестве. Регулируется плохо. Один туалет(
