Advantages:

По соотношению цена качество, просто огонь))) Хозяйка очень хорошая женщина, все рассказала, где, куда!

Disadvantages:

Ремонт старый, лифт едет только до 7 этажа, а квартира на 9. Но вид из окна просто шикарный
