Advantages:

Расположение - выходишь прямо на море. Есть свое кафе на территории. Парковка не большая, в сезон в уверен проблемы большие.

Disadvantages:

Номер был на первом этаже, о чем не предупреждают. Соответственно занавески не открыть. Окна очень низко, смотришь на парковку. В номере за 5 дней ни разу не убрали, ни мусор, ни песок. Ночью пришли, а ворота закрыты... кое как открыл. Ванна течёт, после душа полу лужа.
